Seven partners with FlowRider for Saudi entertainment venues

Flow House Surf Venues Coming to Saudi Entertainment Destinations

Saudi Entertainment Ventures has teamed up with WhiteWater’s FlowRider to introduce Flow House venues at three of its entertainment locations within the kingdom.

Seven, which is part of Qiddiya Investment Company, will incorporate the Flow House experience into its attractions in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar.

Flow House venues will feature indoor surfing with FlowRider’s stationary wave technology, alongside a tropical-themed entertainment area that includes live music, fine dining, and retail options.

Damien Latham, chief attractions officer at Seven, remarked that the FlowRider collaboration “complements our mission of redefining entertainment in Saudi Arabia and enhancing its landscape for our guests.”

“It also delivers on our mandate of building an integrated and unprecedented entertainment ecosystem capable of contributing significantly to Saudi Arabia‘s economic diversification agenda,” he added.

Marshall Myrman, president of FlowRider, stated: “Surfing is increasingly gaining popularity worldwide, and the beauty of Flow House is that it offers enjoyment for both surfers and those simply looking to relax.”

Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 allows us to present our exciting offerings to families across the region for the first time. This is unlike anything the kingdom has experienced before, and we are eager for everyone to enjoy our world-class tropical getaway attraction.”

Redefining Entertainment in Saudi Arabia

Seven is investing $13 billion in the creation of 21 entertainment destinations across 14 cities in Saudi Arabia. It has formed partnerships with notable companies such as Mattel, Hasbro, and Warner Bros. Discovery.

The new venues from Seven will feature Family Entertainment Centres (FECs), Discovery Adventures edutainment attractions, an e-karting experience under Mattel’s Hot Wheels brand, and a new Transformers-themed coaster.

Additional attractions will include a Clip ‘n Climb climbing experience, a futuristic bowling venue, cinemas, as well as food and beverage and retail outlets.

FlowRider is a subsidiary of WhiteWater, a leading water park manufacturer.
